• Conversation content when you interact with Mara (our AI coaching companion)
• Session notes, commitments, and progress data within the coaching program
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Website usage data via standard analytics (pages visited, browser type)

We use your information to:

• Deliver coaching services and manage your program
• Personalise your experience with Mara between sessions
• Send program-related communications (session reminders, check-ins, resources)
• Process payments and maintain financial records
• Improve our programs using anonymised, aggregated insights

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. payment processors, email providers) or as required by law.

Clients who access Mara consent separately via our Data Consent Form. Mara stores conversation history, behavioural observations, session notes, and progress data to personalise your coaching experience.

David Saleh may access summaries of your Mara interactions to inform his direct coaching. This is explained in full on the consent form.

Mara is powered by the Anthropic Claude API. Conversations are processed on Anthropic's servers in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Your data is stored on servers in Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Conversation data is stored in encrypted files accessible only to authorised systems. We do not store payment card details.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (we action this within 30 days)
• Withdraw consent for Mara data processing at any time
